Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze, design, develop, and test industry-standard training materials to support ongoing improvement and new releases.
  2. Provide hands-on support for front-line workers and their supervisors.
  3. Deliver quality training with measurable outcomes.
  4. Conduct post-training assessments, including observation, and assist in establishing support tickets to identify training and support needs.
  5. Mentor other eligibility trainers in best practices for adult learning.
Project Details:

This position is part of the DC Access System (DCS) project.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
  2. Support users and develop technical applications to support user needs.
  3. Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce standards and procedures for system design, development, installation, modification, and documentation.
  4. Provide training for system products and procedures.
  5. Perform application upgrades and monitor real-time databases, networks, serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.
  6. Troubleshoot problems and ensure project lifecycle adherence to District standards and procedures.
