Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to provide reliable day-to-day technology support across the organization, with a strong focus on customer service, endpoint support, asset management, procurement coordination, and Apple device administration in a mixed Windows and macOS environment using JAMF and IRU workflows to manage devices and configurations.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, inventory tracking, software licensing, and vendor coordination, documenting support

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical info to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, devices, printers, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, printers, and conference tech.
• Deliver high-level customer service and document resolutions for timely support.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, account setup, and asset recovery.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records across laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and licenses.
• Coordinate IT procurement: quotes, purchase requests, orders, and vendor reviews.
• Configure and support Mac devices using JAMF/IRU workflows and support Windows devices.
