Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA seeks an AP Invoice Support IT role to process IT-related invoices and oversee vendor onboarding and TPRM compliance. You will collaborate with IT, AP, and vendors to ensure accurate invoicing, timely onboarding, and contract approval workflows.

The role requires detail-oriented candidates with 2+ years in accounts payable and strong experience with Oracle Financials and ServiceNow, plus the ability to commute to the local office several days a week.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, finance operations, or shared services.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle Financials, ServiceNow) and invoice validation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to commute to the local office location at least three days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Process routine and nonstandard IT invoices accurately within defined timelines using Oracle Financials and ServiceNow.
• Provide oversight for IT vendor onboarding in line with Third-Party Risk Management policy and compliance requirements.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks between AP, TPRM, IT Requesters and vendors to ensure timely payments.
• Verify vendor compliance prerequisites, onboarding documentation, and risk clearances prior to releasing invoices for payment.
• Ensure contract signing authority is adhered to by verifying signatures on SOWs and orders; guide onboarding workflows.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors; manage workload independently and support team as needed.
