• Reconcile accounts on hold.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Adhere to department KPIs.
• Collaborate with colleagues in all regions.
• Handle vendor and internal staff correspondence.
• Assist specialist and manager with miscellaneous tasks.
