Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking an AP Invoice Support in Los Angeles to process IT invoices and support onboarding workflows. The role liaises with IT Requesters, AP, the TPRM Team, and vendors to ensure compliance and timely payments.

Your work ensures invoices and onboarding milestones align with firm policies, reviews contract terms for signatures, and helps maintain smooth vendor onboarding and payment processes across Oracle and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or finance operations.
• Experience processing invoices and managing workflows using ERP systems (Oracle Financials, ServiceNow, or comparable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliability in detail-oriented work and ability to commute to the local office location at least three days a week.

Responsabilités

• Process routine, atypical, and nonstandard IT invoices accurately within defined timelines.
• Review invoice data, validate supporting docs, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Provide oversight for IT vendor onboarding in alignment with TPRM policy and compliance.
• Monitor vendor onboarding submissions and risk questionnaires in Oracle TPRM tool; serve as central contact.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks between AP, TPRM, Legal/Procurement, and vendors to expedite clearance.
• Verify contracts, SOWs, and order forms have authorized signatures before payment release.
