Top Tier Reps partnering with a prestigious Am Law 100 global law firm is seeking an IT Analyst in Washington, DC. You will be the first line of technical support for hardware, software, and meeting tech, and you’ll assist with hybrid events and firmwide IT projects.

You’ll troubleshoot via phone, email, and in person, maintain asset tracking, and work with cross-office IT staff on multi-site events. A degree and 3+ years of IT support in professional services are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years IT support experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience supporting meetings and events (video conferencing, client presentations, hybrid events).

Aufgaben

• Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting tech.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
• Support meetings and events (video conferencing, client presentations, hybrid events).
• Collaborate with other IT staff across offices for multi-site events and tech needs.
• Install and configure software/hardware per firm standards.
• Maintain asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Use ServiceNow (or similar system) to log and resolve service tickets.
• Participate in firmwide tech rollouts, system upgrades, and project deployments.
• Provide after-hours and weekend availability as needed.
