Job summary

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an IT Analyst for a top law firm in their DC office. This individual will join a busy team and provide technical end user support services including troubleshooting assistance, problem resolution, and remote desktop connection. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst!

Candidates must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation, and will work in a law firm environment requiring professional service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop and end-user support experience.
• Associate's degree required and further education is preferred.
• Technical certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with the Windows enterprise and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Working knowledge of remote support tools, ticketing systems, and legal industry applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier II deskside and remote support to the firm's end-users.
• Keep track of service tickets and ensure their timely resolution.
• Handle the imaging, configuration, and maintenance of the tech equipment.
• Provide support in the procurement of hardware and tech equipment and oversee inventory.
