Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking an IT Analyst IV to lead a team responsible for Microsoft 365 Platform governance, security, and solution delivery.

The role requires deep technical expertise across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Copilot, plus identity management and data protection tooling, with a focus on mentoring and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role with on-call responsibilities and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 15+ years IT experience OR Associate's Degree with 10+ years IT experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years IT experience.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and secure Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and related governance.

Responsibilities

• Platform Governance: lead end-to-end administration, licensing, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Strategy & Roadmap: own collaboration platform strategy, monitor roadmap, and guide testing, staging, and production readiness.
• Platform Reliability: provide Tier 3 support, perform root-cause analysis, and document solutions to improve stability.
• Identity Management: manage enterprise identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Security Hardening: strengthen platform security using Purview and data protection tools.
• Solution Architecture: design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions meeting business requirements.
• Leadership: provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.
• Other Duties: handle additional operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GEDand a minimum of fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR
• Associate's Degreeand a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience.

• Platform Reliability:Ensures platform stability by providing Tier 3 support, leading root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and documenting solutions that improve system stability.
• Identity Management:Manage enterprise identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Security Hardening:Strengthen platform security and compliance using Microsoft Purview and associated data protection tools.
• Solution Architecture:Analyzes business and technical requirements to design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, leveraging project management best practices and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve and integrate business processes.
• Leadership: Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team.
• Other Duties:Operational tasks as assigned.
