Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement seeks an IT Analyst IV to provide technical leadership over the Microsoft 365 Platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Copilot.

You will mentor a team of analysts, drive platform governance, strategy, and roadmaps, ensure security and compliance, and manage identity with Entra ID.

This role requires strong problem solving, collaboration, and a focus on safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15 years IT experience with a HS diploma or GED
• 10 years IT experience with an Associate's degree
• 8 years IT experience with a Bachelor's in an IT-related field

Responsibilities

• Platform Governance: Leads end-to-end administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Strategy & Roadmap: Ownership of collaboration platform strategies by monitoring the Microsoft 365 roadmap, evaluating emerging capabilities for business value and security fit, and guiding testing, staging, and production readiness.
• Platform Reliability: Ensures platform stability by providing Tier 3 support, leading root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and documenting solutions that improve system stability.
• Identity Management: Manage enterprise identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Security Hardening: Strengthen platform security and compliance using Microsoft Purview and associated data protection tools.
• Solution Architecture: Analyzes business and technical requirements to design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, leveraging project management best practices and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve and integrate business processes.
• Leadership: Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GEDand a minimum of fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR
• Associate's Degreeand a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience.
