We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to lead the administration, governance, and evolution of enterprise Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and experience in managing platform strategy, roadmap development, and service optimization across collaboration and productivity tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Viva, Copilot, Loop, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
• Administer and monitor various Microsoft 365 admin centers to ensure platform stability, security, and performance.
• Design and maintain Microsoft 365 platform roadmaps aligned with enterprise collaboration and productivity goals.
• Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and adoption of new Microsoft 365 features and services.
• Implement identity and access management solutions using Entra ID.
• Oversee endpoint management and security policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Support governance, compliance, and security best practices across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable M365 solutions.
• Drive user adoption and enablement across Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, Outlook, Office Applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Viva, Copilot, Loop, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 admin centers.
• Experience in creating and maintaining enterprise platform roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in large enterprise environments and handle complex requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications (highly desirable).
• Experience with enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations.
• Exposure to automation using PowerShell or Microsoft Graph API.
