Job summary

A prestigious global law firm is seeking an IT Analyst in Washington, DC. This role involves providing first-level tech support for hardware, software, and meetings. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in IT support, ideally in a legal environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, supporting events, and participating in firmwide tech initiatives. Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced tech support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting tech.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
• Support meetings and events (video conferencing, client presentations, hybrid events).
• Collaborate with other IT staff across offices for multi-site events and tech needs.
• Install and configure software/hardware per firm standards.
• Maintain asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Use ServiceNow (or similar system) to log and resolve service tickets.
• Participate in firmwide tech rollouts, system upgrades, and project deployments.
• Provide after-hours and weekend availability as needed.
