Job summary

Loft Orbital is seeking an IT Administrator to support our Golden, CO and Colorado sites within a growing international IT team. You will be the go-to on the ground, with a path to owning our global IT service desk within six months, focusing on end-user support and collaboration across offices.

You will document projects, manage onboarding, provisioning laptops via Fleet, and assist with AV, networks, and security. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on IT support following industry best practices.
• Ability to translate technical issues into plain language and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience with SaaS environments and SSO (Okta, Google Workspace, O365).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support at the Golden office and two Colorado sites.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and provisioning laptops via Fleet.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and policies.
• Assist with AV and facilities tasks and network upgrades.
