Job summary

SambaSafety is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to provide on-site support for macOS and Windows 11, support Denver executives, and manage IT tasks across the US and international users via Jira Service Management. The role emphasizes collaboration, AV systems, and knowledge-base updates in Confluence.

Candidates should have 3+ years of enterprise IT support, experience with Office 365, AD/Azure AD, Okta, and AWS workspaces, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of IT support in an enterprise environment with exceptional customer support.
• Experience maintaining and updating onsite hardware and software systems including Teams rooms for conferencing.
• Experience managing Office 365, Active Directory and Azure AD, Okta, macOS Tahoe or newer, Windows 11, and AWS workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Support local Denver site executives, hardware, macOS and Windows 11 systems, and conferencing for Teams meetings.
• Attend to internal customer issues logged as Jira tickets within SLAs, and document knowledge base articles.
• Build, manage, and support end-user macOS and Windows 11 systems, Parallels VMs, and AWS workspaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve productivity software, security platforms, collaboration tools, and network connectivity.
• Deploy and refresh end-user workstations and peripherals for new hires and internal customers.
