You will be a key resource for end-user support, systems administration, device management, and business application support, ensuring that staff have the tools and access they need to perform at their best.

In this role you will manage Microsoft 365 licensing, Azure, Salesforce, OnBase, and VoIP platforms; deploy and track hardware,

Qualificações

• 2-5 years IT support, help desk, or systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting remote and hybrid workforces.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused technology support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity needs.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, OnBase, and VoIP platforms.
• Deploy and track hardware, maintain assets, and recover equipment.
• Assist with cybersecurity, monitoring, and compliance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and drive process improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver quality technology support.
