Job summary

Plaisio - Πλαίσιο is seeking an IT Administrator to manage workstations, accounts, and Microsoft 365 services. You will monitor networks, provide user support, and train new users while ensuring reliable IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and their administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration and applications.
• Familiarity with software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical use in IT support and daily workflows.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Structured, fast, and detailed way of working.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Installations of workstations and peripheral devices.
• Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability (Local & Cloud).
• User management and providing technical support, training new system users, and creating accounts.
• Administration and support of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services and applications.
• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot software and business applications.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and support.
• Check computer equipment to ensure functionality.
• Manage user access, permissions, and software requirements across the IT environment.
• Utilize AI tools to improve IT support, troubleshooting, productivity, and daily workflows.

Education
