Job summary

Player 15 Group seeks a Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will support day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AWS, Windows Server, and core infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience across network and systems operations.

This role reports to the Manager, Network & Systems Operations and is designed for a developing administrator who can work independently on routine tasks while escalating complex issues to senior teammates for guidance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of systems, helpdesk, cloud, or infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, and access troubleshooting.
• Basic Windows Server administration and DNS/DHCP.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud concepts.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs) and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to virtualization, backup, monitoring, or security tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, licenses, users).
• Assist Entra ID administration and identity troubleshooting.
• Support Windows Server environments, AD, file shares, and basic server maintenance.
• Provide infrastructure monitoring, runbooks, and asset inventory.
• Execute routine changes per change management; maintain server environments.
• Assist with backup validation, patching, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Support multi-site connectivity across HQ, Arena, and facilities.
• Contribute to lifecycle management and hardware refresh activities.
