Job summary

Pacteon Group is in search of an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage backend administration of Microsoft 365 technologies while providing hands-on IT support for end users.

This dual role involves configuring and managing SharePoint, overseeing cloud migrations, and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates should possess 3–5 years of IT systems administration experience and relevant technical certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT systems administration experience required.
• Technical certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP or MCSE valued.
• Experience with cloud migrations (Azure or AWS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 suite and customer IT support.
• Manage SharePoint architecture and oversee Intune enrollment.
• Support cloud migrations and network server hardware administration.
