Job summary

Ladders is seeking an IT Administrator, Business Applications to own the administration and optimization of core business applications supporting internal teams. This remote role partners with stakeholders to manage access, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery through well-configured systems and automation.

You will support internal users, enable citizen developers, and translate business needs into scalable application solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT or SaaS platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence or similar platforms.
• Proficient in configuring workflows, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Knowledge of RBAC and user lifecycle management.
• Ability to scope and complete moderately complex projects independently.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience troubleshooting integration or automation logs.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira, JSM, Confluence, and a collaboration platform, managing user permissions and licensing.
• Resolve access and configuration requests from cross-functional teams.
• Configure projects, workflows, and automation rules in Jira and Confluence.
• Set up request types, queues, forms, and SLAs based on performance data.
• Scope and deliver improvements from requirements to rollout.
• Monitor integration automation runs and troubleshoot issues.
• Support citizen developers by onboarding and provisioning resources.
