System One is hiring for an IT Account Executive in Sandy Springs, GA. This hybrid role blends onsite work with remote flexibility and focuses on growing our Contract Division through new business development and client relationships.

You will manage recruiters, train junior staff, and drive revenue by establishing strong client partnerships while leading teams toward ambitious targets in a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of staffing sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new clients through marketing and lead generation.
• Generate leads, cold call, and schedule meetings to establish new business locally and nationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to grow revenue and profits.
• Qualify and negotiate job orders and contracts with clients.
• Develop and lead a recruiting team and drive goal attainment.
