Job summary

firstPRO 360, an Atlanta-based recruiting firm, seeks an IT Account Manager / Business Development Manager who loves building relationships and closing deals. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in a modern office and above-market base salaries with an excellent commission structure.

The ideal candidate has recent IT recruiting sales experience within IT, Engineering, or Supply Chain, at least 2 years, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record in external recruiting.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in Sales within Recruiting Industry IT/Engineering/Supply Chain verticals.
• 2+ years of Information Technology recruiting sales experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience handling business development at a staffing agency (external recruiting experience required).
• Weekly in-office work required in our Atlanta office (hybrid schedule).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with IT clients and candidates.
• Drive new business development in IT, Engineering, or Supply Chain recruiting.
• Close deals and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for placements.
