Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Leader to grow and lead a team of Solutions Architects supporting the largest ISV customers.
You will partner with sellers, drive business outcomes, and coach your team in executive relationships and architectural best practices. You will guide customers in using architecture principles, scale learnings through publications and speaking engagements, and work with product teams to invent new AWS-based solutions for enterprise
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise IT application work with hands-on software development or DevOps experience.
- 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions on any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc).
- 8+ years in technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree and prior experience leading technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop Solutions Architects.
- Coach architects to transfer deep technical knowledge with ISV customers.
- Drive success in building, migrating, and modernizing apps on AWS.
- Educate customers on AWS value and design for successful cloud deployment.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the community.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, service teams, and support.
