Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an Account Solutions Architect to support Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

You will guide customers to achieve business goals by defining the right service architecture and leading technical efforts to ensure deployments meet requirements. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, AWS Partners, and other AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible cloud architectures that address customer problems and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on achieving business goals by defining the right service architecture and leading technical efforts to ensure deployments meet requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, AWS Partners, and other AWS teams to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
• Help define and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers.
