Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to guide customers on defining the right service architecture and lead technical efforts to meet requirements. You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, AWS Partners, and other AWS teams to craft scalable cloud architectures and accelerate ISV adoption of AWS services.

Qualifications

2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

Guide customers on how to achieve and accelerate their business goals by defining the right service architecture.
Lead technical efforts to ensure deployments meet customers' requirements.
Partner with Sales, Professional Services, AWS Partners, and other AWS teams to craft scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures.
Define and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers, mobilizing resources within AWS and working with partners.
