Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join the Partner Growth & Strategy organization, focused on ISV partners.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping ISVs architect, build, and optimize solutions on AWS, driving joint design wins and cloud adoption. You will lead architectural reviews, co-engineering efforts, and technical enablement to accelerate partner success across strategy and marketplace programs.

Qualifications

2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
Experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or software engineering.
Experience designing or building cloud-based architectures (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned ISV partners, conducting architectural reviews, POCs, and Well-Architected assessments.
Design, build, and validate scalable cloud-native partner solutions through co-engineering efforts that drive strategic design wins (SDWs).
Develop reference architectures and best-practice documentation for partner solutions.
Enable partner teams through workshops, immersion days, and hands-on training; support readiness for ISV Accelerate, Competency programs, and Marketplace.
Collaborate with AWS field teams to drive partner-led customer engagements and pipeline growth.
Track engagement metrics, co-engineering milestones, and strategic design win attainment.
Partner with AWS service teams to advocate for ISV requirements and influence roadmap priorities.
Collaborate across APO on territory strategy, partner prioritization, and joint planning.
Represent AWS at partner events and create technical content showcasing partner success.
