Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Worldwide ISV Partner Solutions Architect to join the Partner Growth & Strategy Organization, focused on ISV partnerships. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping ISV partners architect, build, and optimize their solutions on AWS.

You will drive deep technical engagement and enable go‑to‑market success through co‑engineering, architecture reviews, POCs, and Well‑Architected assessments across partner programs.

Responsibilities

• - Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned ISV partners, conducting architectural reviews, POCs, and Well‑Architected assessments
• - Design, build, and validate scalable cloud-native partner solutions through co‑engineering efforts that drive strategic design wins (SDWs)
• - Develop reference architectures and best‑practice documentation for partner solutions
• - Enable partner teams through workshops, immersion days, and hands‑on training; support readiness for ISV Accelerate, Competency programs, and Marketplace
• - Collaborate with AWS field teams (Account SAs, AMs, Specialist SAs) to drive partner‑led customer engagements and pipeline growth
• - Track engagement metrics, co‑engineering milestones, and strategic design win attainment
• - Partner with AWS service teams to advocate for ISV requirements and influence roadmap priorities
• - Collaborate across APO on territory strategy, partner prioritization, and joint planning
• - Represent AWS at partner events and create technical content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) showcasing partner success
