Responsibilities

• Develop indeveloping electronic user guides and instructional technology training manuals.
• Assist in scheduling and implementing training on instructional technologies for district and school staff.
• Create documentation and graphics to support presentations to users.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing solutions for instructional tech issues.
• Maintain inventory of software, devices, and training materials; process orders.
