Job summary

Serco is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support the CNIC program. The role focuses on RMF-based accreditation, SSP development, and continuous monitoring to obtain IATO/ATO.

Responsibilities include selecting security controls, developing MOUs/MOAs, implementing controls, and producing SAR/POA&M. Travel up to 10% and ability to obtain needed vaccinations are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• IAT Level II baseline certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, CS, or related discipline (or equivalent with 10+ years experience).
• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity/IT experience.
• RMF and eMASS knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF-based accreditation and SSP development.
• Identify applicable security controls and CCIs for IS.
• Develop MOUs/MOAs and ISCM strategy.
• Implement and monitor security controls across IS.
• Develop and review Security Assessment Plan and SAR.
• Operate IS security scanning tools and periodic scans.
• Develop POA&M and Security Authorization Package.
