Job summary

DTSV, Inc. seeks an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ISO standards to support a Federal agency program in the Greater Washington, DC area.

The role leads documentation and international standards across a 200-person professional support workforce in nine offices, using ISO and SAFe methods. The SME will identify and solve issues impacting service quality and will prepare communications in accordance with the customer’s writing guide.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Minimum of ten years of ISO-related experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and other international documentation standards.
• Apply demonstrated ISO skills to the Customer's program and project management practices.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems affecting service quality.
• Support implementation of ISO methods to meet workforce and office management requirements.
• Consult frequently with onsite Government management on operations and execution results.
