Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking an ISO Quality Management Passport Services Subject Matter Expert at the Washington, DC site. You will lead ISO and international standards documentation efforts, analyze quality issues, and drive improvements in documentation and processes.

This role requires a strong background in quality management, ISO expertise, and Lean Six Sigma credentials, with a focus on federal service delivery. Your work will support passports operations and program quality control.

Qualifications

10+ years of ISO standards, quality management, and documentation experience.
Master’s degree or 16 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Lead documentation development and maintenance in alignment with ISO and other international standards.
Review procedures and technical materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and analyze service quality problems and recommend corrective actions.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and update procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve documentation practices.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress on quality improvement activities.
