PBG is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (ISO) to lead international documentation standards for a federal program based in Washington, DC. The role requires implementing ISO methods across multiple offices and collaborating with onsite government management to ensure quality outcomes.

The candidate should have a minimum of ten years in ISO, strong MS Office proficiency, an ISO credential, and Lean Six Sigma credentials, with SECRET security clearance required prior to contract performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of specific experience in ISO and related standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in ISO skills and standards implementation.
• Master’s degree or sixteen years of related experience; ISO credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and other international documentation standards.
• Apply demonstrated expertise in ISO skills to program and project management practices.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems that may affect service quality.
• Support ISO methods to meet workforce and office management requirements.
• Consult with onsite Government management on operations and execution results.
• Prepare written communications per the Customer’s writing guide with high quality.
