Job summary

Oxbo is seeking an ISO Manager to own, optimize, and lead our corporate Quality Management System (QMS). The role focuses on process architecture, cross-department training, and data analysis to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include auditing, document control, risk management, and guiding teams through CAPA investigations while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance. Strong analytical and teaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years managing an ISO-certified environment with data management or audits.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred; Six Sigma Green/Black belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the QMS and ensure ongoing ISO certification.
• Lead internal audits and liaise with registrar visits.
• Manage documentation lifecycle for policies and procedures.
• Drive CAPA investigations and cross-functional risk assessments.
• Map and optimize cross-functional business processes.
• Track KPIs and translate data into executive dashboards.
