Job description

We are seeking an experienced ISO Manager to own, optimize, and lead our corporate Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, you will focus heavily on process architecture, cross-departmental compliance training, and deep data analysis to drive organizational efficiency. You will ensure our system remains fully compliant with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) by auditing processes, analyzing systemic trends, and teaching teams how to build workflows.

Key Responsibilities
System Governance & Compliance
  • Own the QMS: Design, update, and simplify the corporate Quality Management System to ensure ongoing ISO certification.
  • Lead Audits: Schedule and direct internal process audits, and serve as the primary liaison for registrar auditor visits.
  • Document Control: Manage the system documentation lifecycle, ensuring policies, procedures, and manuals are clear and accessible.
  • Risk Management: Facilitate systemic risk assessments and business-impact analyses across corporate departments.
Process Optimization
  • Map Workflows: Partner with department heads to map, standardize, and optimize cross-functional business processes.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Drive systemic Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations for process bottlenecks or system failures.
  • Change Management: Guide teams through process updates to ensure changes do not negatively impact compliance with ISO standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track KPIs: Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate system health.
  • Predictive Trends: Utilize statistical tools to detect process drift and highlight operational areas needing improvement.
  • Executive Reports: Translate complex data sets into actionable reports and dashboards for senior leadership reviews.
Training & Culture
  • Build Curriculum: Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs.
  • Coach Teams: Mentor internal process owners on how to write effective procedures and utilize problem-solving methodologies.
  • Promote Quality: Foster an organizational culture centered on continuous process improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years managing an ISO-certified environment with a heavy emphasis on systems, data management, or process auditing.
  • Certifications: Certified ISO Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly preferred; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with QMS software, workflow mapping tools, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, clear communicative skills for teaching complex concepts, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
