Job summary

Ovivo is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the quality management system and ensure ISO9001 compliance across products, services, and processes. You will partner with engineering and production to drive continuous improvement, reduce rework, and strengthen regulatory adherence.

The role requires 5–7 years in QA/QC with leadership experience and deep knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, audits, and risk assessment. A hybrid work arrangement in Texas is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• 5–7+ years in quality assurance and quality control, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits, root cause analysis and NCR/CAR handling.
• Proficiency with Six Sigma, Lean, SPC and risk assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the QMS and ISO 9001 program, including procedures, NCR/CAR processing, audits and management reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to improve quality, minimize rework and identify problem areas.
