Ovivo is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead the quality assurance and quality control programs across products, services, and processes. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes managing the QMS and ISO 9001, performing internal audits, addressing NCR/CARs, and coordinating with engineering and production to drive quality improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–7 years in quality assurance and quality control.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/management role.

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure products, services, and processes meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations. Work location is onsite at our manufacturing facility in Stafford, TX.

What is the role?

• Manage all aspects of the QMS and ISO9001 program, including creating and modifying procedures, processing NCR/CAR's, completing internal audits, and running the quarterly management reviews.
• Work with engineering and production to improve overall quality, minimize rework, identify problem areas to focus on.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits, root cause analysis, and completing NCR/CAR's.
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and risk assessment techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
