Job summary

Oxbo International is seeking an experienced ISO Manager in New York to own and optimize the corporate QMS, ensuring ongoing ISO 9001 certification. You will design process architecture, conduct internal audits, and lead cross‑functional compliance training.

You will analyze data, track KPI trends, and translate insights into executive dashboards. The role emphasizes CAPA investigations, change management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in an ISO-certified environment with emphasis on systems, data management, or process auditing.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a strong plus.
• Proficiency with QMS software, workflow mapping tools, and data analysis platforms (Power BI).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to teach complex concepts across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the QMS: design and maintain the corporate Quality Management System for ISO certification.
• Lead internal audits and liaise with registrar auditors.
• Document control: manage the documentation lifecycle and access.
• Risk assessments and business-impact analyses across departments.
• Map and standardize cross-functional workflows.
• Lead CAPA investigations for bottlenecks.
• Guide change management to protect compliance.
• Track KPIs and monitor system health.
• Use statistical tools to detect drift and improvement areas.
• Prepare executive dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Design onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Coach teams to write effective procedures.
• Promote a quality-driven culture of continuous improvement.
