Michael Page is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a metal-formed manufacturing client near Westchester, IL. You will monitor product and process performance, support quality objectives, and lead improvements in line with ISO 9001 standards.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in a quality-focused role, experience creating SOPs, audits, and regulatory-compliance activities, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a quality-focused role within ISO 9001 or similar environment.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data and communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
• Assist with regulatory, compliance, and certification activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and standards for product and operational excellence.
• Lead audits and verify compliance with standards; drive CAPA.
