Job summary

MPI is recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager in Westchester to lead quality programs across engineering and manufacturing operations. You will monitor process performance, drive continuous improvement, conduct audits, develop SOPs, and guide root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives.

The Successful Applicant has 4+ years in a quality-focused role within ISO 9001 environments, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a quality-focused role within ISO 9001-certified or similar regulated environment.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving SOPs and related documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

4+ years of experience in a quality-focused role within an ISO 9001-certified or similar regulated environment. Experience working within structured quality management systems and compliance-driven organizations. Experience developing, implementing, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related documentation. Familiarity with quality assurance principles, auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologies. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience coordinating projects, tracking progress, and meeting established deadlines. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts, issues, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve organizational goals.
