Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Quality Management Systems Engineer to lead ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 programs. You will conduct audits, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to raise process performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing quality, expertise in PPAP/FMEA/IMDS, and strong leadership and communication skills for OEM quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Systems/Quality Engineering within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and audits.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, IMDS and OEM quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance programs.
• Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits while driving CAPAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and system performance.
• Manage OEM customer quality requirements and quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate root cause analysis, FMEA, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects.
