Qualifications

• Strong background with AIAG Core Tools.
• ISO 9001:2015 QMS experience.
• Proficient in problem-solving using 8D, RCCA & 5 Why methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across various management levels.
• Experience interpreting manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team overseeing product and engineering lifecycle.
• Supervise inspection and testing personnel.
• Develop and interpret statistical data to define quality standards.
• Ensure quality objectives align with manufacturing processes.
• Communicate quality philosophy to stakeholders.
