Job summary

MPI is recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager in Westchester to lead quality programs across engineering and manufacturing operations. You will monitor process performance, drive continuous improvement, conduct audits, develop SOPs, and guide root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives.

The Successful Applicant has 4+ years in a quality-focused role within ISO 9001 environments, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a quality-focused role within ISO 9001-certified or similar regulated environment.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving SOPs and related documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product and process performance to identify improvement opportunities and support quality objectives.
• Assist with regulatory, compliance, and certification-related activities.
• Analyze data and communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation to support operational and quality initiatives.
• Support quality management system requirements and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and standards to ensure product and operational excellence.
• Conduct evaluations, audits, and assessments to verify compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance performance, and achieve business objectives.
• Provide guidance and training on quality standards, best practices, and process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
