Qualifications

• Strong background with AIAG Core Tools.
• ISO 9001:2015 QMS experience is required.
• Strong problem solving experience with 8D, RCCA & 5 Why methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with management and peers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high internal and external customer service standards.
• Supervise inspection and testing personnel.
• Develop and analyze statistical data to define quality standards.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action meetings.
• Establish quality control standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with production to align quality objectives.
