Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Bakersfield, CA is looking for motivated Kitchen Crew Members to join our fast‑casual team and support back‑of‑house operations. This hourly role involves food preparation, stocking, portion control, and delivering quality meals to customers.

You must follow health and safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and provide reliable attendance. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with $20.00 per hour compensation and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store through daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time work available.
