Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members in California. You will play a vital role in the back-of-house operations, performing food preparation, stocking inventory, ensuring food quality, and maintaining sanitation while delivering high-quality meals to customers.

This is an hourly role at $20.00 per hour. The successful candidate will follow health codes, company policies, and Kitchen Crew Training Guideline, while aiming for reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Food preparation, stocking of inventory, quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and serve accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store through daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
