Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members in our fast-casual restaurants. The role offers $20.00 per hour and is an hourly position with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules.

As a Kitchen Crew, you will perform food preparation, stock inventory, ensure food quality, and manage portions at the cookline. You will follow health codes, company guidelines, and training protocols while maintaining cleanliness and timely service.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math and English written/verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
