Job summary

Retirement Housing Foundation is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Sunny Isle Housing in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.

The role involves keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, handling daily maintenance tasks and responding to service requests. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years in building maintenance, strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge, and comfort with using RealPage Maintenance Facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the building maintenance field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Familiarity with RealPage Maintenance Facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of buildings and property.
• Complete unit turnovers in a timely manner.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in inspections and respond to work orders.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after hours.
