Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Croixdale is seeking an Engineer Technician, a mid-level maintenance/engineering role, to create a safe environment by maintaining buildings, grounds and equipment in a compliant, efficient way.

The selected candidate will work onsite 24 hours per week, typically three weekdays, reporting to the Environmental Services Director and supporting life-safety and routine upkeep across the Croixdale community in Bayport, MN.

Qualifications

• Must have Level II core competencies as defined by site.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders and perform building, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
• Repair buildings and equipment as needed.
• Participate in life safety compliance routines.
• Perform painting and apartment turns.
• Respond to customer requests and snow removal.
• Handle pool care and other projects as assigned.
