Book various reservations including transportation, fishing trips, and local attractions, ensuring impartiality and guest preference.
Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local amenities with accurate and positive information.
Address phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Resolve guest concerns efficiently, seeking supervisor assistance as required.
Maintain constant communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
