Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guests' checks, cash, cards, and charges per standards.
• Open and close bar side work to ensure prompt service.

• Keep lounge area clean and tidy; ensure liquor inventory control.
• Familiarity with the computer system for orders and payments.
• Carry out cashiering functions and close checks.
• Follow state liquor laws and report issues to management.
• Maintain beverage cost and par levels; stock and clean glassware.
