Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Residence Inn Isla Verde in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will coordinate and manage all F&B operations, supervise staff, maintain budgets, and ensure high quality service.

The role requires 3+ years in hotel F&B, knowledge of health and liquor laws, and strong communication. You will partner with the F&B Manager to meet targets and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive F&B experience in a hotel or related field.
• Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health regulations and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all F&B personnel.
• Coordinate and monitor department budgets and inventories.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to complaints.
• Schedule and conduct departmental meetings; train staff.
