Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in an individualized supported living setting in Columbia, MO. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality care and plan compliance.

Starting pay is $23.35/hour with on-demand pay and full-time benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent caregiving experience and be 18+ with a valid license and background check clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in direct care, IDD services, or human services is a strong plus.
• Age 18+, valid driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Help hire, train, and schedule your team to build the crew you want.
• Oversee daily operations of the home and ensure care quality and compliance.
• Ensure each person's support plan is followed and documented accurately.
• Step in when needed with meal prep, personal care, and medication administration (after certification).
• Help individuals take part in and enjoy their community.
